Intuition meditation spinning ring is handcrafted from solid sterling silver with solid brass and sterling silver spinning bands.
Due to the thickness of this ring, we suggest going up a size. Spinning rings have been used for centuries to aid anxiety and soothe away stress. The repetitive motion of the spinning bands help uplift the wearer whilst at the same time bringing comfort and promoting mental balance. You can also thread this on one of our long sterling silver chains, in either 80, 90 or 95cm lengths, to wear as a necklace and spin the rings between your fingers.
