We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect fit or style. We do however offer an online credit note.

Please fill out the returns form received with your purchase and send back with your item/s to the above address. We are unable to process returns and store credits until your item has been received and inspected by us.

The cost of the return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We do not refund or add credit for the cost of return postage. Please ensure the following conditions/time frames are met.

CONDITIONS

Item(s) must be returned in their original condition: Unworn, unwashed and with ALL swing tags still attached. No fake tan, make up or other stains. Must not smell of perfume, washing powder or deodorant.

Returned within 14 days of delivery for online purchases and 7 days of in store purchase.

Return delivery costs for a change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied will be the responsibility of Little Lifestyle Boutique.

Little Lifestyle Boutique recommends returning your item with a tracking number and/or signature on delivery as Little Lifestyle Boutique is not responsible for returns that are not received or damaged during transit.  

Please note that while very effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

Currently, we are unable to provide exchanges online for online purchases. If you would like another size/style you will need to contact Little Lifestyle Boutique on info@littlelifestyleboutique.com.au or 08 9771 1734, so we can fulfill these items correctly.

Online exchanges/credit notes and gift vouchers can be used online and in store. 

SALE ITEMS

Any items marked as SALE are final and cannot be returned. (subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law). Any Sale items which are returned to us will be returned to sender.

ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN

Returns will be processed within 1-3 days of reaching us. 

Online credits will be emailed as an online gift card to the same email address on your order. 

We are unable to offer changes on online purchases. We recommend using your store credit to purchase another size/item or contact Little Lifestyle Boutique on info@littlelifestyleboutique.com.au or 08 9771 1734, so we can fulfill these items correctly.

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item please email us as soon as possible to we can get this resolved. 

After inspection, if any items of clothing have been worn, damaged, tags removed, or otherwise returned outside the timeframe, we will notify you of this assessment and the goods will be returned to you. 

In accordance with Australian consumer law, Little Lifestyle Boutique are not required to provide a refund on returns due to sizing, fit or change of mind. This includes all payments made with Afterpay.

RETURNS USING AFTERPAY

Returns remain subject to Little Lifestyle Boutique returns policy. 

If you wish to return your item/s you will be issued with an online credit note for the total value of the item/s returned. 

Your agreement with AfterPay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. For more information and T's and C's please visit Afterpay's website. 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you believe your item is faulty, please email us immediately at info@littlelifestyleboutique.com.au we will be in touch asap

We do reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is not repairable, we will offer a refund, store credit or an exchange (subject to availability) on any items purchased from Little Lifestyle Boutique if the garment has a genuine manufacturing fault and or does not correspond to the descriptions given to you. 

Please note any refund given for a faulty garment must be credited to the original card or account used at the time of purchasing the garment.  

If deemed faulty after inspectionLittle Lifestyle Boutique will refund/credit for return shipping. 

RETURNS BY MAIL


To arrange your return, simply follow the instructions included in your parcel and enclose our RETURNS FORM. Any further queries relating to your return please email us info@littlelifestyleboutique.com.au
*Please note that we must receive the item/s for return in our store within 14 days of the date you received your order.
A store credit will not be offered where any other condition of this Returns Policy is not met.

RETURNS BY RETAIL STORE

You have 7 days from the time of receiving your order to present in-store with your item to return. Returns will be accepted at the discretion of Little Lifestyle Boutique staff at the time of returning in-store and should fall within the above guidelines.
A store credit will not be offered where any other condition of this Returns Policy is not met.

Once we have received the returned item and have ensured the merchandise is in new and unused condition with the designer garment tags attached in its original packaging, we will either dispatch a new item or arrange a store credit, depending on which option you have requested. Approved exchanges will incur additional delivery fees, which must be paid by you in advance of dispatch of the new item.
Please note that time is of the essence. If the conditions stipulated by Little Lifestyle Boutique are not met, including as to timeframes, Little Lifestyle Boutique will have no obligation to refund, exchange or return the merchandise to you. You may arrange collection at your own expense.

RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund, less any shipping fees, will be credited to the original payment method (faulty goods). Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

*Please note that all items purchased on sale can not be returned, unless the item is faulty.
